Meet Andrea Cottee
I’m Andrea Cottee, a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. With years of experience working with individuals of all ages—including adults, caregivers, children, adolescents, and families—I specialize in trauma recovery, behavioral management, addiction issues, anger management, and social-emotional growth. My journey in mental health care began with a background as an Occupational Therapist, and I’ve also worked extensively in Autism and Behavioral Sciences, as well as in employment counseling.
Through all of these experiences, I’ve learned that healing begins with a strong, trusting relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, validated, and supported. Together, I will work to explore the root causes of your challenges, gain deeper insight into yourself, and develop the tools necessary to make meaningful changes.
